研究論文（学術雑誌） 共著 Treat the Earth: Natural Environment, Fertility, and Government in an Overlapping Generations Economy 応用経済学研究 forthcoming 2015 Developing the overlapping generations model including the natural environment, the purpose of this paper is to nalyse the effects of public environmental policies and education for the environment on fertility and social welfare. As a result, the effects of increasing the income tax rate for the public environmental policy and environmental education on fertility was negative, and those on social welfare were not unique. On the other hand, with a constant tax rate, the reallocation of government expenditures from public environmental policies to education for the environment leads to a decreasing fertility, but can improve social welfare.

研究論文（学術雑誌） 共著 International linkage of inflation rates in a dynamic general equilibrium Atsumasa Kondo Journal of Economics 107/ 2, 141-155 2012
This paper uses the Neumeyer–Yano’s monetary dynamic general equilibrium model to investigate the inter-connectivity of the world economy through bond holding beyond national borders. The possibility that unexpected inflation in one country transmits to another is demonstrated within a framework in which the nominal exchange rate is flexibly determined so that the purchasing power parity holds. Deflation can also be imported through the same channel. Whether inflation or deflation diffuses internationally depends on the level of fiscal deficit. Although a country may suffer from monetary disturbances from abroad, each country can completely defend itself by implementing appropriate fiscal policies.
研究論文（学術雑誌） 共著 Multiple equilibria arising from donor’s aid policy in economic development Hikaru Ogawa, Sayaka Yakita Journal of Macroeconomics 33/ 4, 819-827 2011
This paper presents a neoclassical growth model comprising education and child labor with a focus on developing and aid-receiving countries to demonstrate cyclical growth and bifurcation in economic development. The appearance of multiple equilibria has often been attributed to the internal affairs of recipient countries, such as technology in production, subsistence minimum in consumption, and liquidity constraints in investment. The main argument of this paper is that the aid allocation policy employed by donor countries, thereby the motive of aid-providers, leads to divaricated and cyclical development in the recipient countries.
